When the name strategy converts a title to an empty string, use the original title

Sometimes, the titles can't be transformed using the current name strategy: the name strategy returns an empty string.
In these cases, it is preferable to use the original name instead of breaking things, even if it means not following the name strategy.

Another option would have been to use the Confluence id of the page, but this is way more work for something that should rarely happen.
