The emoticon named minus should be converted to a forbidden sign

Note that while the forbidden icon happens to exist as an emoji and we can translate minus to forbidden, we won't be able to do so for the circled plus and the circled question, and will have to keep the current translations to a simple plus emoji and a simple question emoji.
