Deleted page revisions are currently imported, which is wrong.
The following error should be output in such cases.
09:23:48.637 [main] ERROR o.x.c.c.f.i.i.ConfluenceInputFilterStream - Failed to get the version for page revision with id [63897111]. Will use dates to sort revisions as a fallback for page [{pageId=63897036, pageRevision=2, pageTitle=Page with deleted revision, spaceKey=MySpace}] and rewrite the versions.
