Support translated content import

Content in confluence is translated using macros. We know of two kinds of macros to do this:

• the sv-translation macro, which we currently convert to the translatedContent macro
• the numerous macros named after the name of the language (from this extension most likely: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/28648/translations-for-confluence)

We shall provide an option (enabled by default) to convert these macros to localized xwiki document, where we drop the macros and create a document locale per available language.
