Also support the scroll-pdf-only-inline macro

We support a bunch of scroll-* macro. We support scroll-pdf-ignore, scroll-pdf-only, scroll-pdf-ignore-inline but not scroll-pdf-only-inline which is a bit strange.

So this issue is just to add the missing macro conversion.
