Space permissions not imported when not listed in space object in presence of page templates

When importing a space with page templates, and when space permissions are not listed in the space object, they are not imported. This is a regression caused by commits cd410624a745e4d6cef4a6c4704a2e093f88595f (version 9.96.0) and then c3ee78061a60e48fa1609d1fa0c426f8fc1744bb (version 9.96.1). Unfortunately, that case was not covered by our tests.
