Ensure proper support of events in a cluster environment

    Description

      Change requests events are currently triggered with data that are not necessarily entirely serializable (e.g. Filechange are sent containing an XWikiDocument).
      We need to ensure to have a proper conversion for sending them in cluster, for example using only the identifiers.
