Provide helper for serializing/unserializing document to/from remote events

We often send XWikiDocument and XWikiContext in source or data of events, but those are not serializable for remote events. We currently have an abstract component to allow serializing/unserializing them but it's only internal right now.
It would helpful to have a component that we could reuse in extensions when we need to perform such operation.
