Save change request modal appears in case of edition conflicts

Reproduction steps:

• On a wiki with change request installed and enabled, create a new page
• Perform simultaneous editions of the page (real immediately published editions)

Expected result:

• the conflict modal is displayed to handle the conflict

Obtained result:

• the save change request modal is displayed on top of the conflict modal
