1. Visit a page with X attachments
2. The number of attachments at the top right of the page is X
3. Visit another page with an error (e.g., a non-existing page, by directly editing the address in the browser)

Expected

The numbered of attachments is 0, or the numbered of attachments is hidden/greyed (to be discussed)

Actual

The number of attachments stays X
