Description
On Oct 26th I downloaded a new MAA standard from Academic benchmarks and loaded it into each system.
On November 7 I re-requests the standard for change the label f the standards (From "K12" to "MAA Math Digital Library")
On November 8th, I downloaded the updated XML file and tried to update it on Current.dev (http://current.dev.curriki.org/ab/manage/upload). However when I uploaded the file I got an Error:
"Upload Academic Benchmark Document
Exception occurred while loading document file (NT_MATHAA_MATH_2010.xml): An existing document exists with the same GUID that is not older."
Looking at the XML for the new file, I noted that it has the same timestamp in the XML as the old file. So I edited it by hand and tired to uploaded to current again, but still got the same error.
We need to:
1) Determine why the updated file is not loading and fix that (I am looking to assure that alignments are maintained.)
2) In a pinch make the needed change directly in the alignment Database by hand for this one.

[12:46:31 PM] Joshua Marks: I am uploading an update and get this: Upload Academic Benchmark Document
Exception occurred while loading document file (NT_MATHAA_MATH_2010.xml): An existing document exists with the same GUID that is not older.

[12:47:46 PM] Joshua Marks: but it still wont load
[12:49:08 PM] Joshua Marks: any ideas?
[12:52:02 PM] David Ward: You might need to check what the last_updated date is for the document in the database.
[12:52:45 PM] Joshua Marks: that is not in the XML
[12:52:59 PM] David Ward: Well, check what it is there compared to what the XML has.
[12:54:19 PM] Joshua Marks: There is only one change
[12:54:33 PM] Joshua Marks: <GRADE lo="K" hi="12" seq="350" code="K12">Grades: K-12</GRADE>
[12:54:35 PM] Joshua Marks: changes to

[12:54:56 PM] Joshua Marks: can I just change that in the DB?
[12:55:06 PM] David Ward: You should be able to, yes.
