Remove dependency of Glossary App on LaTeX

I did this to make it easier for users but it was a mistake: majority of users won't need the LaTeX export so it's better to make it fully optional (it's optional in the pom already BTW but that's not enough) and ask users to install an extension for it if they need the feature.
