Check pages for glossary entries at save time

This aims to provide an alternative solution to GLOSSARY-13 : the XWiki pages that are in a configured space would be scanned at save time to look for glossary entries. If such entries are found, a glossary macro would be added.

Note that in the case where a glossary entry is added after saving a document, the document would need to be re-scanned for new glossary entries.
