Livetable not populated by referenced terms in the document

The description below is based on the screenshots.

I manually created a GlossaryReference for StrategicAdvisor. 

When I click the StrategicAdvisor reference, it takes me to the GlossaryApp. But the Glossary Livetable inserted with the macro in the document should list all references created from inside the documen, but none appears when I save the page.
