Automated insertion of references to glossary entries fails for documents having a locale representing a specific country or region

Steps to reproduce

• In a multilingual wiki, add support for language Brazilian Portuguese
• In Wiki administration > Glossary, activate option "Update documents on save"
• Create a glossary entry "Test entry" in English and translate this entry to Brazilian Portuguese ("Entrada de teste")
• In a test page with language set to English add term "Test entry" (case sensitive), then translate this page to Brazilian Portuguese with content "Entrada de teste")

Expected result

In both languages, the test page should contain links to the corresponding glossary reference.

Actual result

Only the test page in English contains a reference to the glossary entry. The one in Brazilian Portuguese is not updated by the glossary transformer
