Some word surrounded by special char are not transformed to links to the glossary on save

In English, we could have a text like this following one:

Hello, this is my “Blog”

Note that 'Blog' is not surrounded by the quote " but by an other quotes (the beginning ending quote are different).

So if we put Blog into the glossary it won't be transformed as a link because the special chars “ and ” are not in the 'SPECIAL_SYMBOLS' list.

In French we also have an issue like this with « and ». And sometime we could have also the NBSP char.

So this issue is to add theses following char in the 'SPECIAL_SYMBOLS' list: “, ”, «, », NBSP.
