Glossary entries are transformed into glossary references only after the first save

Steps to reproduce

1. Create glossary entry "Car".
2. Activate the option "Update document on save".
3. In the Sandbox space, create a document containing the word "Car".
4. Save the document.

Actual result

The saved document does not contain a reference to the glossary entry "Car". However, saving the document a second time does create the expected reference.
Only the initial save fails to behave as expected.

Expected result

The glossary reference should be inserted already upon the first save.
