Moved issues are not resolved

Reproduction steps

1. create a Jira issue XXX-YYY
2. create a Jira macro with XXX-YYY in its content
3. save and observe that the Jira macro correctly displays XXX-YYY
4. in jira, XXX-YYY to XXX2-YYY2
5. reload the page and observe the Jira macro

Expected

The Jira macro displays an error for the failed resolution of the Jira ID, or the move is resolved and the Jira macro displays the new Jira ID

Actual

The Jira macro fails transparently and displays an empty result.
