Cannot add another Jira instance

    Description

      I cannot add another Jira instance in the Jira Administration screen.

      Expected behaviour: Another line would appear so that I can insert settings of a second Jira instance.

      Actual behaviour: Nothing happens when I click "Add Jira instance".

      Tested in Firefox and Chrome
