Allow adding more than one custom column when using the Jira Macro

I see it on the documentation of the JIRA Macro that it allows one custom column to be added. Using the note reserverd field type.

I would be tremendous useful to be able to add more than one custom field.

I am trying to run this, but without the desired effect.
