The async cache can be wrong under some circumstances

Example cases:

• Same jira macro content, same URL but different username (different users can have different issue view permissions in jira)
• Same jira macro content, different wiki, different jira URL (different jira instances could have the same jira issue id but different issue title, status, etc).
