Display tooltip with issue title when style is enum

So the story is:

When using the macro with style="enum" the macro will display only the status of the issue (open, closed) and a link to the issue.

I'd like that when hovering over the link name, a tooltip with the title of the issue to appear. This makes much more easier to see what the issue is about without following the link.

OFC, this makes sense only in situations when the title is not shown.
And by default, enum is not about displaying the title, so I propose we add the tooltip.
