Introduce a custom JIRAServer (instance id) dispalyer

For the end-user, picking the correct Jira instance without knowing what instances are available can be tricky. It would require going to the administration page, which they can't do without Admin rights.

The available instances should be displayed within the Jira Macro Edit Modal.
