Build fails when done with a clean maven repo (and on CI)

The issue is the one from CPARENT-18 , and the solution is the same one - either change the parent pom of the job macro to inherit the fixed parent, or add the same fix in the job macro parent pom.

This issue is rather hard to notice otherwise than in the CI context, because if it's done on a local with an existing repo, the dependency will be found.
