Spoon 7.5.1 makes the build fail

    Description

      It has an indirect dependency on a SNAPSHOT that used to be available and is not anymore.

      The workaround is to use spoon 8.1.0, the simplest being to set it as spoon.version Maven property as in

      <spoon.version>8.1.0</spoon.version>
