Upgrading Map Macro from 1.2.5 to 2.1 makes the macro disappear from XWiki Macros and not functional in pages

Steps to reproduce:

1. From Extension Manager install Map Macro 1.2.5
2. In a page add the Map macro using XWiki Macro
3. Go to Extension Manager
4. Upgrade to v 2.1
5. Go back to the page with the map macro
6. Edit the page
7. Search for the map macro in XWiki Macro

Expected results: The Map Macro is upgraded to the latest version and all the maps used are functional.

Actual results: The upgrade is done successfully without any errors but the macro seems to disappear from the XWiki Macros which makes the existing maps to not work anymore.
NOTE: This also affects the applications that use the Map macro eg. Meetings.
