Implement an Eclipse WikiText based mediawiki parser

Bliki is unfortunately long dead, so we should try to implement a syntax parser based on a different (still active) library, and Mylyn/WikiText seems promising. It's actually more than mediawiki, so it might worth creating an extension of its own if it's more to expose all parsers supported by WikiText, but anyway the first step is to try it and see how much it covers...
