Bad handling of comments in front of heading

Comment put in front of a heading breaks it.

Here is in example:

<!-- 1 -->= Title level 1 =

This gives a header in MediaWiki but Bliki produces a ContentToken with "= Title level 1 =" in it.

It guess it's the same for any syntax which require to be put at the beginning of the line.
