Description
Most wiki articles will have references, therefore it would be good to have Wikimedia citations mapped to the putfootnotes macro.
Currently, when citations are found, an empty putfootnotes macro is automatically generated at the end of the article and an "unknown macro: reflist" error is displayed under the References heading. This message appears twice if both footnotes and references are included in the imported page.
