Stubs for pages that are not replicated

    Description

      As not all pages will necessarily replicate, this will create wanted/empty links in pages that are replicated.

      A potential solution would be to create a stub with some metadata in the place of a page that hasn't been replicated. Set to hidden so it doesn't clutter lists or ruin searches
