Allow restricted replication

Right now, a page is always replicated in full, but it would be interesting to control how much of a page is replicated with a given instance.

This allows things like replicating only the reference of a page to serve as a placeholder in the target instance in case it's linked from another page or in case this page might later be replicated in full.
