Better protect readonly pages from editing

Since REPLICAT-149 readonly page have a warning above them explaining that it's not a good idea to modify them because the modification will eventually be lost.

It would be even better to have a protection system similar to the extension pages, where you get a very clear warning that a page is protection and should not be modified and a configuration to allow forcing the edit or not depending on the user.
