Deleting the current version in the history cause a new version to be added to other instances

This is because deleting the current version starts by updating the document table and generate a DocumentUpdatedEvent. It's currently not possible to know for sure if a modification is a real one or the consequence of a version delete, this requires XWIKI-18872.
