Side panel list of links are not actual links

We miss out on all the native features of links, like Ctrl + Click or even right click then select opening options.

Right now those are spans with hard-coded listeners. I doubt the page they target changes...

This is also a problem for the accessibility of this component, non visual users will have a bunch of trouble understanding and using the list.
