Make it possible to edit the status "order" field via the interface

TASKMAN-78 was about adding an "order" field to the status class in order to make it possible to list tasks ordered by their status. Currently, when creating a status in the administration interface of the task manager, this new "order" field cannot be edited directly, but only via the object editor. This task is about making it possible to edit this new field via a dedicated user interface.
