Add an "order" field to "StatusClass" in order to be able to sort statuses by logical order

The Status class is currently used as a database list of the TaskManager class. Statuses need to get listed by logical order (e.g. for presenting tasks in a kanban). A way to achieve this is to add a dedicated field to the Status class.
