Add the ability to dismiss a tour when the user hits a page containing a tour that starts from an other page

    Description

      Use case:

      • We have a tour on Forum.WebHome.
      • This tour first shows several objects on the page, and then navigates to Forum.Forum1 (at step 4).

      Now we have UserA who goes directly to Forum.Forum1. Because there is a tour here, she will be redirected automatically to Forum.WebHome at the step 1.

      Improvements: instead of redirecting the user, show her a popup which said "there is a tour here. Do you want to launch it?".
