    Description

      The use case is if we would want the Tour to start when the user goes in 'Edit Mode' (/edit/...) or views a particular viewer (/.../?viewer=history).

      The first time the user will edit a page we might want to display an 'Edit Tour' showcasing different functionality. The experience might differ depending on the editor he chooses.
