"Blog categories" missing from Wiki Administration

    Description

      Steps to follow to reproduce:

      • Hover over "XWiki"
      • Click on "Administer Wiki"

      Result: The "Blog categories" icon is not there.
      When I try to access the "Blog categories" page directly I get the following message: "Cannot make recursive include "
