If there are no annotations, the content of the document should not be replaced with the annotated one

When annotations are displayed on a document, if there are no annotations on the document, the content of the document should not be replaced with the one re-rendered by the annotation service.

This is particularly useful when annotations are set to be displayed by default on all documents, for the documents that have no annotations and contain very advanced scripting, and for which re-rendering would affect / change the result (for example when using the request parameters).
