Setting Display annotations by default causes issues

    Description

      When "Display annotations by default" in Annotations is enabled the search does nor work not does the office importer. The search generates message "Failed to execute macro: html" and office importer complains that field that were filled in were not filled in. Disabling javascript is a work around.
