Unique topic names should be created without numbers

    Description

      Topic names are created now using a concatenation between "Topic" , timestamp and a 2 digit random number number. (e.g: Topic_1463052105322_69). It would be nicer if the topic's name would be the title typed by user. Name uniqueness validation should be performed.
