Topics are not seen under breadcrumb of the forum

Steps to follow :

• create a forum
• create a topic under forum
• access the forum from breadcrumb
  Expected result:
• the topic created should be seen under the forum
  Actual result :
• the topic is not seen under the forum . If i set from the user profile to see the hidden docs the topic appears under forum breadcrumb
