XAR plugin should replace the dates with a common number

    Description

      When you run a mvn xar:format, the standardization of the XML should also standardized the 2 following XML elements:

      • <date>
      • <contentUpdateDate>

      They often appear in the commit as diff even if they are of no use (are they?).
