Page creation date should be the date of the installation

    Description

      Can be confusing for user to see pages created long before the wiki was actually installed.
      For example, Blog.WebHome has 2005/01/28 as creation date, XWiki.XWikiSyntax has 2008/02/20, etc. Would be much nicer to mark all preinstalled XWiki pages with the creation date as being the wiki installation date.
