HTMLCleaner doesn't recognize some HTML named entity

Despite the fix in the https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XCOMMONS-929, there are still some wrongly rendered spacial chars.
The following symbols gets broken by  the editor:

¹ ² ³ ½ ¼ ¾ ∴

which are represented by these entities:

¹ ² ³ ½ ¼ ¾ ∴

I tested it on XWiki version 10.11.1 with WYSIWYG editor using Insert Special Character button.
