Spoon check for junit4 and junit5 API mix is not working

Introduced in XCOMMONS-1884 but:
1) It has not effects since currently the spoon checks only execute on the compile source roots (and not the compile test source roots)
2) It's only checking annotation mixing but that's not good enough.
