Description
See http://belaban.blogspot.com/2020/08/jgroups-500final-released.html
https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JGRP-2218: this is the most important change in 5.0.0: it changes Message into an interface and allows for different implementations of Message
This is a breaking change and while it's easy to upgrade our own use of Message, JGroups is also used by Infinispan. Need to check if Infinispan is using that part of JGroups at runtime in XWiki use case (use case in which JGroups is totally useless but Infinispan still have some static linkage of JGroups classes even if not used in practice).
More detailed changelog since current JGroups version in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JGRP-2664?jql=project%20%3D%20JGRP%20AND%20fixVersion%20in%20(5.0.0.Alpha3%2C%205.0.0.Alpha4%2C%205.0.0.Alpha5%2C%205.0.0.Alpha6%2C%205.0.0.Beta1%2C%205.0.0.Beta2%2C%205.0.0.Final%2C%205.0.1%2C%205.0.2%2C%205.0.3%2C%205.0.4%2C%205.1%2C%205.1.2%2C%205.1.4%2C%205.1.5%2C%205.1.6%2C%205.1.7%2C%205.1.8%2C%205.1.9%2C%205.2.1%2C%205.2.10%2C%205.2.11%2C%205.2.2%2C%205.2.3%2C%205.2.4%2C%205.2.5%2C%205.2.6%2C%205.2.7%2C%205.2.8%2C%205.2.9)
