Add use cases for AbstractMockingComponentTestCase and simplify implementation

The main issue is that the creation of the mocked component instance is done in AMCTC while it should done in the test itself which makes it much simpler for the test to support various use cases and set up whatever it wants before the instance creation and this for any @Test method.
