The distribution wizard identify dependencies of an invalid extension as orphaned

    Description

      The code is using InstalledExtensionRepository#getBackwardDependencies which only work for active dependencies (and invalid extensions are not active). It's expecting the "withoptional" to also includes invalid extensions dependencies but it does not seems to be the case (anymore ?).
